Nestled in the beautiful Howardian Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Fairfax Arms is located in the picturesque village of Gilling East.  With roots as a coaching inn in the seventeenth century, this Visit Britain four-star rated Inn now offers eleven contemporary ensuite bedrooms, two traditional dining rooms and a spacious lounge and bar.Outside, there is a beer garden next to the stream, perfect for a drink or meal on warmer days.

The opening times for meals are 12.00 noon - 2.00pm and 6.00pm - 9.00pm, 7 days a week.
